Each year, 330+ professionals, employers, and community leaders come together to honor the women shaping North Carolina and to raise critical funds for the women Dress for Success Triangle serves on their path to building successful careers and financial independence.

Nancy Lublin founded Dress for Success in 1993 with a small inheritance she received while in grad school. She is a bold, visionary leader who has spent her career turning insight into impact. Nancy didn’t just start a nonprofit. She launched a global movement grounded in dignity, opportunity, and the belief that when you invest in women, you change everything. Her work continues today at the intersection of data, behavior, and human need, proving that the right questions, asked at the right time, can save lives and shift systems. She is dynamic, insightful, and deeply relevant to this moment.
