Dress for Success provides career development programming through the Going Places Network (GPN) and Success Sprint, designed to support women as they build confidence, skills, and momentum in their job search.
Through the Going Places Network, participants engage in a structured series of workshops and coaching sessions focused on career readiness. The program strengthens resumes, interview skills, and job search strategies while providing accountability and a supportive professional community.
The Success Sprint complements this experience with an intensive, in-person career boost that includes professional headshots, resume support, 1:1 mentoring, and networking with industry professionals. It is designed to accelerate progress through hands-on guidance and real-time connection opportunities.

If you’re ready to grow in your career or explore a new direction, the Going Places Network (GPN) offers the tools, support, and confidence to help you get there. This multi-session course combines expert-led workshops, personalized coaching, and a community of women who will cheer you on every step of the way.
The Going Places Network is offered virtually. Through each session, you’ll identify your strengths, refine your career skills, and create a clear plan for your next opportunity. You’ll leave feeling more confident, prepared, and ready to take your career wherever you want it to go!

Going Places Network is available virtually.
The Going Places Network is offered at 100% zero cost to you when enrolled directly through Dress for Success Triangle.
Each cohort runs for several weeks and includes group workshops, networking opportunities, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
You’ll leave Going Places Network with a stronger sense of direction, practical job-search tools, and renewed confidence. Graduates often share that the program helped them gain clarity, strengthen interview skills, and connect with a supportive network that continues long after the course ends.

Success Sprint brings together everything you need to move your career forward in one place. Attend an interactive career panel, receive personalized career guidance, update your professional headshot, connect with employers and community resources, network with other women, and explore career pathways tailored to your goals. Eastern Success Sprint attendees can also shop our Mobile Boutique.
