During this session, participants will strengthen their confidence by identifying their strengths, celebrating progress, and building a more positive self narrative. They will also explore how to nurture supportive relationships by setting healthy boundaries, communicating effectively, and surrounding themselves with people who encourage their growth.
In addition, participants will create intentional renewal routines that help refuel their energy, both mentally and emotionally. Through reflection and practical exercises, they will identify what restores them, develop consistent practices for self care, and leave with tools to sustain their energy and well being over time.
