Dress for Success Triangle NC, part of a global network of affiliates was founded in 2008 by former Dell executive Pat Nathan and in just 16 years has empowered over 26,000 women during their career transitions. Our mission is to empower women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire, and development tools to help women thrive in work and in life.
In 2023 and 2024, Dress for Success Triangle launched the Triangle Mobile Boutique and Eastern Mobile Boutique, respectively, serving counties in the Triangle and Tier One counties east of the Triangle. Women board the mobile boutique at high schools, colleges and community resource events and receive professional clothes for their job searches and interviews.
Position Summary
The person who fills this role is a valuable team member who represents our organization in the local communities we serve with the primary goal of managing our mobile boutique program. This full-time position is part of the Client Services Team and reports to the Programs Manager. This position will supervise 5-10 very part-time mobile boutique drivers and event coordinators. Primary Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact to interested clients, representing the mission and values of Dress for Success Triangle NC
Ensure client data is entered accurately and timely into the database
Maintains a regular vehicle maintenance schedule and log (oil changes, tire rotations, inspection)
Create, update and implement processes and procedures for operation of mobile boutique as needed
Serve as a leader at critical mobile boutique events
Provide services to clients in the absence of volunteers
Implement all organizational policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned
Experience Requirements
The Mobile Boutique Program Manager is self-motivated, enthusiastic and engaging. They easily build rapport with people and possess exceptional listening skills and are culturally sensitive.
Must Have:
Minimum of a two year degree
5 years of volunteer management experience or equivalent
Project management experience
Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and manage other responsibilities within a project’s parameters
Demonstrated affinity for mission
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technology; Salesforce preferred
Experience managing multiple and complex schedules
Ability to adapt to evolving and collaborative work culture
Ability to analyze data to identify opportunities
Ability to lead, persuade, and influence others
Skilled in strategic thinking and planning
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
