Position Summary
The person who fills this role is a valuable team member who represents our organization in the local communities we serve with the primary goal of coordinating the delivery of programs and services to under and unemployed women. This is a hybrid, part-time position on the Client Services Team and reports to the program director.
Primary Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact to interested clients, representing the mission and values of Dress for Success Triangle NC
Coordinate client and volunteer schedules for all client appointments
Accurately update client data in database and enter services rendered
Ensure data is entered into CRM and other data repositories accurately and effectively
Ensure all organizational policies and procedures are implemented
Start virtual career appointments
Implement all organizational policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned
Experience Requirements
The Client Services Coordinator is self-motivated, enthusiastic, engaged, and mission driven. They easily build rapport with people, possess exceptional listening skills, and are culturally sensitive.

Must Have:
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent
2-5 years of volunteer management experience
Fluency in spoken and written English required; Spanish preferred
